New album
It’s finished! Living Receiver, our debut album, will be in Aussie stores on August 2nd (will be available to international fans via our website a few days later).
Yeah, it took a while, but we had a lot of other stuff going on (touring was a big one). We didn’t want to rush it either, so we experimented, mixed, drank and finally ended up with something we were happy with. If you head to the music page you can check out an “album preview” mash-up. We collaborated with some awesome musicians from all over the country (and the world) – from sitar and tabla through to hammond and a string quartet. Raj’s mum tracked a traditional Carnartic-style (classical Sri-Lankan) intro to Medicated Shell. Check it out.
Living Receiver National Tour
We’re about to head off on our biggest Australian tour so far. We’re travelling through NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, SA and TAS. For our NT fans, we promise we’ll head your way next time around! The petrol money would have killed us… All the dates are on our tour dates page.
